NWS with practical assortment supplements
NWS is present with several tool innovations at the Eisenwarenmesse. The focus is on the practical as well as handy "E-detector". The non-contact voltage tester is a small and handy helper when it comes to testing the cables as quickly as possible for applied voltage. Other innovations that are presented at the booth are new sizes of the proven water pump pliers "MaxiMX", a new innovative screwdriver series with ergonomic SoftGripp multi-component handle and integrated soft zones for better power transmission, as well as further product introductions and improvements.
The handling can hardly be simpler: just hold the E-detector to the cable and if the cable is carrying voltage, it will be signaled with a red warning light. The highlight of the system lies in the detail, because the E-detector can be pushed onto any NWS product with the SoftGripp 3K multi-component handles. For example, you can use the E-detector on the pliers handle to illuminate dark areas and then apply the E-detector to the relevant cable and check for voltage. The E-detector is ideal for confined spaces that are difficult to see, for confusing control boxes, or in situations where many cables need to be quickly inspected. The E-detector is operated with two button cells as an energy source.

Maxi MX - Water pump pliers with pushbutton adjustment

The well-known and proven water pump pliers "MaxiMX" from NWS, with inserted precision joint and the precise push button adjustment, which guarantees easy and safe working, are now available in other sizes. The pliers are equipped with a clamp protection in every position and are drop forged from chrome vanadium steel, oil-hardened and high-quality tempered. The Maxi MX is available in different versions, sizes and with optional protective jaws.

SoftGripp screwdriver - with soft zones for better handling

 The new SoftGripp screwdrivers from NWS adapt to the hand. The newly developed screwdriver handle fills the hand optimally thanks to the integrated soft zones. As a result, higher torques and longer fatigue-free working are possible. The flexibility of the material additionally increases the sensitivity and allows the precise use of force. The thin, fast rotating zone with a circular cross-section supports the guidance as well as the safe and fast turning between thumb and forefinger. The new screwdrivers are available in an industrial and a VDE version. The VDE version is also offered in a SlimLine version, which thanks to its slim blade insulation, low-lying screw or spring elements, e.g. at circuit breakers, easily achieved.
